Mohan Krishnan is a serial IT entrepreneur, with over 28 years of global experience in Information technology. He co-founded MphasiS, India’s 5th largest IT and BPO company with 37000 people and $1 Billion+ in revenues which was acquired by EDS/HP in 2008. Mohan served as President and global head of the US$ 475 M Software Applications Business with 15,000 people. He was also served as EDS Vice President and led the CIO/CTO offices and Architecture community of MphasiS. An angel investor in multiple startups in Technology, Retail, Education, Legal outsourcing, Energy and Real estate, Mohan holds a Master’s Degree in Science and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Brij Sharma has over 30 years’ experience in building businesses globally – in India, Middle East, Africa, and the USA. Worked for first 15 years as a senior corporate banker with Citibank NA and Standard Chartered Bank and then, on the other side of the table, as a global head of finance for a multi-billion private manufacturing group with operations in 9 countries with over 27 entities in extremely diverse settings from backwaters of Africa to the US. Built new businesses, operated and sold them in every continent. He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Merit Scholar and a Master in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a Certificated Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.

Rupesh Nambiar has been in finance leadership roles in companies across various industries from the launch stage to IPO. His experience includes business strategy, planning, controllership, setting up processes and metrics, accounting, analytics, M&A, taxation, fund raising from Private Equity/HNIs, IPO in NYSE and LSE, Debt funding, risk management, financial reporting, corporate governance, and investor relations. He started his career in 2003 with WNS Global Services Private Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rajesh comes with over 26 years of experience in the IT Consulting Services and Corporate Banking space across multiple geographies - India, Middle East, North America & Europe. Prior to joining Global PayEx, he served at Mphasis (Blackstone investee co. & earlier an HP co.) for 14+ years in multiple roles, including heading the joint HP+Mphasis business development for North America region. His last role in Mphasis, as the global account leader for – FedEx, its top 3 client relationships globally with P&L of over $50 Mn spanning across Americas, Europe and APAC. He has managed multiple, large transformational outsourcing/ BOT deals resulting in substantial savings to CIO organizations. Rajesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Finance from JBIMS, Mumbai.

Abhilash Edakadampil comes with 12+ years of technology and entrepreneurship experience. He served as the CEO of Byzan Systems Pvt Ltd – a 26-year BFSI-tech provider that serves top MNC banks in India. He has architected multiple turnkey BFSI products including Financial Messaging Systems that handle more than 10M transactions/day. He has a computer engineering background and holds a master's from Carnegie Mellon with work experience in MIT Media Labs (Boston) and Deloitte US (Mclean, Virginia).

Jerry is currently Chairman of Value Budget Housing Development Corporate of India Pvt. Ltd. He held several positions in Citicorp in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. He co-founded MphasiS, India’s 5th largest IT company, which was acquired by EDS/HP in 2008. MphasiS clients included JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Charles Schwab, TD Bank, FedEx, and HP. He has been Chairman of NASSCOM and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, 2004. He is an alumni of Loyola College Chennai, IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Chicago. He is also Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School and teaches at IIM, Ahmedabad and IIT Mumbai.

Jeroen Tas is currently the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer at Philips Healthcare. Tas is also a member of the Executive Committee at Royal Philips. Prior to that Tas served as the CEO of Philips health Informatics Solutions and Services and previously the Group CIO of Philips. He has also been the head of Citicorp’s Transaction technologies and worked for Digital Equipment and Philips Electronics in international marketing and project management positions in USA, Europe and Asia. He has won the NASSCOM Global CIO of the year 2014, E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, 2004, and the Dutch CIO of the year in 2013. Jeroen has been named the Innovator of the Year by Philips in 2015 and is also a cofounder of MphasiS. He holds an MBA from the Free University of Amsterdam

Jaideep Khanna is the founder of Ananta Family Office managing investments across listed and private markets with a focus on technology, sustainability, and real estate. Prior to Ananta, Jaideep was a partner and co-founder of Artha Capital Management, an emerging market fund based in Connecticut. He co-founded the firm in May 2002 and served as president, portfolio manager, and director. Mr. Khanna generously funds and supports several organizations around the world that are dedicated to educational initiatives focused on the underprivileged, the environment and socially responsible causes. Prior to starting Artha, Jaideep was an executive director and managed pools of funds at Morgan Stanley Asset Management in New York and London. He serves on the National Board of Directors for Pratham USA and on the New York Regional Board of Room to Read. He is a founder and remains a trustee of Ashoka University, New Delhi and previously served on the International Advisory Board, Center for Advanced Study of India at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from Duke and received a degree in accounting and economics from Muskingum University.
